Description:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for implementing corporate policies and procedures and overall operations in the day to day functioning of the office.
- Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, reinstructs branch personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Update daily time clock and maintenance for PTO in accordance with HR policy.
- Hold weekly staff meetings to address ongoing issues, concerns, and updates.
- Rehab, Service/Repair and DME product knowledge and reimbursement and stays abreast of regulation and administrative policies affecting funding sources.
- Delegates job responsibilities and ensures that delegated tasks are carried out properly and efficiently.
- Responsible for delivery personnel ensuring optimum efficiency in routing.
- Assures that all deliveries and appropriate paperwork is handled in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner.
- Oversees cycle counts and parts as required to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Attends local, regional, and national workshops and seminars to keep pace with innovative technology and educational opportunities.
- Practices and adheres to all HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA and the Exposure Control Plan for Blood borne pathogens and Compliance rules and regulations.
- Runs monthly reports and addresses items requiring attention.
- Back-up Customer Service Representative as needed, including order entry, verification and assisting on the floor, as well as providing coverage for breaks, lunches and absences.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Five years strong management and healthcare industry related experience. Must be detailed oriented and possess good people skills. Possess the ability to deal effectively with employees, customers and referrals sources. Effectively operate management system software for scope of job description
