Responsibilities

BASIC OFFICE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

· General office duties
· Answering phones and emails
· Supporting management
· Data entry, processing tickets, online invoice submissions
· Maintain safety and maintenance records.
· Assisting with orientation and onboarding of new hires.

SOME SOFTWARE PACKAGES USED TO COMPLETE THESE DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Open Invoice
· Payload
· Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
