RGN Electrical & Communications Ltd is a growing, family-run Irish business delivering electrical and communication solutions across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team at our Naas office. This is a new, full-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical or construction sector who can take ownership of this role and operate independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2+ year experience in a similar administrative role within the electrical or construction sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience withXero or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, confident, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Reside in Ireland and be legally eligible to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations.
  • Support the development and management of the service division.
  • Manage and process purchase invoices using Xero.
  • Raise and track purchase orders for site supervisors.
  • Organise and maintain staff training records.
  • Maintain health & safety documentation and compliance systems.
  • Process weekly staff timesheets.
  • Assist with developing and streamlining company systems and procedures.
  • Support the implementation and management of ISO accreditations.
  • Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
