We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our expanding office team. You will develop skills in different business areas such as: human resources, administration, customer service, etc. which offer various career paths and a macro-strategic view about the company and food retail industry.
Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Head Office
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Your daily duties will include the following, but not limited to:

  • Customer service - manage the office main telephone line, liaising with staff,departments,suppliers and clients
  • Office administration tasks - preparing letters, presentations,reports, accommodations and transport booking
  • Organizing-staff meetings,trainings & conferences in partnership with our heads of departments
  • Data management - Human Resources Management Systems and HR support
  • Updating documents - internal office policies & procedures
  • Cost budgeting - managing office budgets, ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient Skills and Qualification:

3rd level degree a business-related field

  • Office administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with changing priorities
  • Attention to details
  • A keen interest to up-skill indifferent areas of the business
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Additional language of Romanian/Polish/Russian/ Ukrainian/Moldovian is a strong advantage
