We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting is preferred. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
