Job Summary Hydraulics International Inc (HII) is looking for an energetic and friendly Office Administrator Sales Support is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department while assisting with daily office operations. This role will help ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination between customers, sales staff, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Sales Department  * Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents and records  * Assist with customer communication, follow-ups, and order processing  * Enter and update customer information, quotes, and sales data  * Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for the sales team  * Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets  * Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally  * Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records  * Coordinate with other departments to support customer and sales needs  * Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization  * Perform additional administrative duties as assigned  Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred  * Previous office administrative or sales support experience preferred  * Strong organizational and multitasking skills  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills  * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)  * Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills  * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively  * Professional attitude and strong customer service skills  Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting a sales team in a manufacturing or industrial environment  * Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software  * Bilingual skills are a plus  Work Environment * Full-time, on-site position  * Standard office environment  * Monday through Friday schedule   Salary Expectations: $20 - $25 HR.
