Belco Contracting LLC, a leading company specializing in building contracting and maintenance, is looking for a Male Office Administrator / Secretary with solid experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male candidate with 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a construction company (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong background in office administration, secretarial duties, and document management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to management and project teams.
  • Well experienced in handling DM systems and portals such as Online Tender Submissions (in DM, DP World, Emirates Post, RTA, DDA, MOF, MOID).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to align project goals and resolve issues.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project-related documents, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and hard copy) in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support daily operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (letters, emails, memos) efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with procurement documentation, contract administration, and office-related tasks as required.
  • Support smooth office operations while adhering to company policies and confidentiality protocols.
