PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you are responsible for any administrational day-day tasks within the Service Department. This will be, for example, contacting customers, resolving escalations and organising SHS’s field engineer team. You will be part of a wider team of 4 personnel that oversee the service department.
