Te Tūranga / About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator to support our Waitane site team in a part-time capacity. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors while providing essential administrative, payroll, and recruitment support to site leadership and operational teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site through front desk coordination, data entry, and administrative support across multiple departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Shift Pattern: This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day, Mon-Fri. Currently 8.30am - 3pm. Please note there is some flexibility.   Te Mahi / Key Responsibilities: You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll build positive relationships across all levels of the business and provide a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors and staff. You’ll bring a proactive attitude, strong administrative capability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.   Ōu Pūkenga / About You: * Providing professional front desk reception services, including greeting visitors and managing enquiries * Coordinating site access and ensuring health & safety protocols are followed * Providing administrative and clerical support to managers and operational teams * Supporting payroll processes, including timesheet entry and employee data maintenance * Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employment documentation * Maintaining records, databases, and internal systems * Supporting communication across the site, including daily brief coordination * Ensuring accurate record keeping, filing, and document management   Tono Mai / To Apply: Applications are open now and will be reviewed as they’re received.
