Responsibilities
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, updating them on job progress and building strong relationships.
  • Assist the service and repair teams by preparing accurate customer quotes.
  • Work with internal teams to create and support marketing strategies that attract new clients.
  • Coordinate engineer schedules for service visits and emergency breakdowns.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls to the office.
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing jobs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review service and job reports thoroughly before sending to clients.
