Office Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Key Duties of the Office Administrator

  • Supporting HR administrative duties and recruitment
  • Supporting senior management with administrative duties
  • Experience in excel data base tasks
  • Manage diary of leadership team and adhoc tasks
  • Under take small project with support
  • Checking / testing system with the guidance of the operations manager

The Key Requirements of the Office Administrator

  • Previous office experience and Microsoft Office experience advantageous
  • Previous experience in HR admin or similar office role advantageous
  • Previous experience working with management teams advantageous
