QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in an office administration role, preferably within the cosmetics or retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, showcasing strong organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the business, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, effectively managing communication with team members and external partners.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Support various teams with data entry, database management, and other administrative tasks, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Help streamline office processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
  • Provide general assistance to all departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
