What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters) Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth — turning every interaction into a chance to build loyalty. Manage a variety of administrative and accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry, filing, scanning, mail, deposits, and account setup with credit checks. Keep our office, kitchen, and meeting spaces clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day. Maintain office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies so the team always has what they need. Organize fun employee events that boost morale and strengthen our team spirit. Support the setup and maintenance of IT assets (computers, printers, phones, and networks) — helping everyone stay productive and connected. Occasionally step in to support staff operations when needed, showing your versatility and team-player attitude. Handle cash and payments professionally while delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Bring to the Team Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills — you’re clear, friendly, and confident. A sharp eye for spotting opportunities to improve processes and the initiative to suggest smart solutions. Strong self-motivation, a positive “can-do” attitude, and a genuine focus on efficiency and results. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills — you stay calm and effective under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experience with Business Central is a plus. Cash handling experience and comfort working with office IT systems (networks, hardware, and equipment). Able to work Monday to Friday from 8am till 5pm.
