As an Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer service to ensure efficient office operations. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and office experience will be valuable in managing financial records and supporting administrative tasks. With relevant skills in proofreading and customer support, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism. Strong communication skills in English will be essential in liaising with internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Microsoft programs and Quickbooks

  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Social media upkeep.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Light cleaning of the office.
  • Other duties as required.
