  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or sales support role.
  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional phone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail; you spot errors before customers do.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy, deadline‑driven environment.
  • IT‑savvy: proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRMs.
  • Numerate and literate; able to produce clear emails, letters, and simple reports.
  • Team player who takes ownership and follows through.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a super‑organised Office Administrator to provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sale Manager and the wider Sales team. You’ll keep our sales operations running smoothly — from managing inbound enquiries and quotes to keeping records spotless and customers happy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries; triage to the right person quickly and professionally.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes, pro formas, and order confirmations.
  • Book customer training sessions and ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Receive visiting customers on‑site; provide a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintain CRM and order records with 100% accuracy; update customer details, notes, and activity logs.
  • Process orders in Sage accurately and efficiently.
  • Process and monitor e‑commerce orders, ensuring smooth fulfilment and timely dispatch.
  • Liaise with Production, Transport, and Accounts to ensure orders are complete, invoiced, and delivered on time.
  • Track samples, brochures, and marketing materials; arrange dispatches to customers as needed.
  • Own inbox hygiene and document filing (SharePoint/Drive); uphold version control and naming standards.
  • Help onboard new trade customers (account forms, credit checks, welcome packs).
  • Raise purchase orders/requisitions and receipt deliveries where required
