We are seeking a committed individual who can administer the daily processing of paperwork within our office. Duties include use of Xero accounting system and experience is essential. Reception duties, welcoming visitors, processing paperwork, paying invoices, issuing sales invoices and general office duties are all part of the daily role as well as ordering stock and working with production to monitor stock levels. Working with all departments to keep the office organised and running smoothly.
