JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and serve as the Administrator in our Case Management Office / Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) facility. This role combines administrative, managerial, and care coordination duties ensuring smooth office operations, compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall functioning of both the Case Management and ADHC programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and client care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Data entry and clerical experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Human resources knowledge and budgeting experience preferred.
  • Medical office management expertise a plus.
  • Team management and calendar management skills.
  • Interest in working with seniors and adults with special needs.
  • Satisfactory references, criminal background check, drug screen, and sanction check.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to work with management, colleagues, medical staff, clients, families, vendors, and outside agencies.
  • Ability to work with adult clients of various ages and multiple health care needs.
  • Training and certification in CPR within the first week of employment (recertification as required).
  • Annual TB test or clearance.
