QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office administrative capacity;
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity in an industrial setting is considered an asset;
  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and priorities;
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment;
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to reliably commute to Oshawa, ON for work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end clerical and administrative tasks including but not limited to: filing, scanning, answering calls/emails, organizing and documenting paperwork;
  • Maintain accurate records for on-site activities, service logs, invoices, purchases, and work orders;
  • Direct and handle correspondences from incoming calls and emails related to services and operations;
  • Answer all employee and customer inquiries and requests;
  • Schedule internal meetings, appointments, and coordinate with operations staff;
  • Monitor and maintain general inventory and office supplies;
  • Support adherence to plant safety protocols and company policies;
  • Additional duties as assigned.
