Tecnika is the UK’s leading provider of technical monitoring and quality assurance inspections to the energy efficiency sector.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team.
With excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment, you will help provide the highest levels of service to our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Process, book and organize appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide customer support and assist with enquiries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient data management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks.
  • Previous office experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with room for growth and development.
We provide a competitive salary of £24,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
