Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to provide administration support for the senior management team, this support will include but is not limited to the following:

  • Assistance in the completion of monthly management accounts.
  • Assist in the co-ordination and communication with customers.
  • Provide support and cover for existing office administration for payables and receivables.
  • Assistance with production of Health, Safety and Environmental documentation.
  • Co-ordinate the sourcing of group marketing materials and sales aids.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of any business meetings including the booking of hotels/meeting rooms etc.
  • Provide assistance to management with tasks associated with integrating the various Christeyns business units.
  • Assistance with finance aspects of our operation including credit control, purchase ledger, VAT returns, on-line banking.
