JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to our Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Senior Management and assisting in daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office, and experience with accounting software. If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant within our Property Management or Real Estate industry, we’d like to meet you.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant or Deal Secretary at a Real Estate Brokerage
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, printers and scanners
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school degree, additional qualification of administration in Real Estate Brokerage - Experience with Quickbooks or Simply Accounting is an asset
