Location: All About Healthcare Offices (Mainly Southside Dublin)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Reports To: Line Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

All About Healthcare is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care team operations and provide administrative assistance across Contact Care and The Care Team. This part-time role is central to ensuring smooth office processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of office administration experience (homecare or healthcare a plus).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage staff appraisals and maintain related records.
  • Process and track annual leave documentation for care staff.
  • Monitor staff expenses, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems.
  • Order and track office and PPE supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Scan, file, and archive documents in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Liaise with managers and care staff to support general operational requirements
