A multi-service, non-profit, community-based agency that provides a range of services and supports to individuals, children, and families.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field.
  • Intermediate working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, including reception duties, scheduling, data input and compilation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer networks and office equipment.
  • Understanding of basic accounting procedures.
  • Experience with payroll and accounts receivable and payable is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience working in medical or social services settings, with awareness of community social programs is considered an asset.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to applicable legislation.
