JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office/Service Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Storage office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a solid background in administrative tasks. This role involves supervising staff, managing office resources, and supporting various departments, including detailers, marine mechanics, and invoicing to the general ledger.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office environment with administrative responsibilities
  • Supervising experience is preferred to lead a small team effectively
  • Familiarity with general accounting procedures
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
  • Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
