Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we’re very proud to have been helping Kiwi’s buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.
We’re seeking an organised and customer focused individual to join our admin team. As a admin team member you will provide exceptional customer service and resolve any queries we get. This will be a Tuesday to Saturday shift and would suit anyone that has beginner – intermediate administration experience.

Responsibilities
  • Creating accurate sales documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Efficiently managing front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Data entry and working with NZTA.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch on the weekend and other required days and back up to our receptionist during the week.
  • Co-ordinating appointments/bookings made online
  • Receipting payments and conducting bank reconciliations
  • Undertaking various administrative duties as required
