Responsibilities
  • Manage front-desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents, invoices, and internal communications
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder materials as needed
  • Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Ensure all administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently
