Ward Personnel is a Recruitment Agency with offices in Cork and Dublin who specialise in the construction sector. Due to significant expansion, we currently require a full time Administrator for our Cork office.

Experience:

Responsibilities

AS THIS IS A BUSY ROLE IN A FAST-MOVING ENVIRONMENT, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Be very proficient with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.

  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and work well in a team environment.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring all administration tasks within the recruitment team are carried out efficiently and accurately.
  • Engaging with candidates on a daily basis to ensure strong and trusting relationships are formed.
  • Managing the administration of candidate paperwork.
  • Monitoring candidate qualification expiry dates on an ongoing basis and alerting candidates when required.
  • Dealing with candidate queries and administration requests.
  • Supporting the existing Operations Manager and Recruitment Consultants as required.
  • Other general administrative duties.
  • Building strong relationships with other staff.
  • Dealing with people (other staff, candidates, clients, etc) in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst maintaining a positive approach.
