POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re now hiring an Office/Warehouse Administrator in our Kelowna location. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our office and warehouse, combining administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities in inventory management, project coordination, and deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or administration is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with inventory management systems is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
