We are offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our Dublin team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating employee movements, managing general administrative tasks, and providing support across different areas of the business.

· Manage staff time and attendance and report absence to HR Manager UK & IE
· Order and maintain marketing material and stock levels
· Liaise with UK and Group Marketing department
· Manage Wilo IE social media profile and campaigns
· Assist with Customer logistic requirements and order processing
