Manchester EICR Ltd is a growing company looking to recruit a Secretary / Administrator to assist the office staff.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of Manchester EICR, your time will be split doing the following tasks:
50% Invoicing, quoting, reconciling payments etc on Quickbooks
30% Updating jobs on job scheduling software, liaising with customers & engineers on site
10% general administrative tasks
10% Marketing with direction from Manager
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative & general accounts skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office. We would like the closer candidate to bring ideas to the team to streamline the office with the use of applications and tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing and quoting in QuickBooks
  • Managing work diaries for on site engineers
  • Email management
  • Telephone skills for scheduling in jobs & speaking with customers
  • Support various administrative functions as required by the team
  • Marketing, running add campaigns, with direction from manager
  • Monitoring Google business and pushing reviews
  • Ordering materials and stock for stores
  • Organise files, documents, and office supplies
