OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in billing and collections. You will be joining a small tight knit team with a family like atmosphere. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office administration role, with a strong understanding of clerical duties and office management practices.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Billing experience is a requirement.
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with budgeting activities.
  • Ensure proper filing systems are in place for both physical and digital documents.
  • Provide front desk support, including handling multi-line phone systems and ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
  • Billing experience is a requirement.
