We are seeking a candidate who is available to work 32-40 hours per week. The salary range is from 2.400 Euros gross per month, negotiable dependent on experience and scaled for part or full time.

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join CHEER / WLSA Foundation. This role involves general office admin duties and light finance and supporting the executive directors. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to grow with a company and is interested in Education. We are looking for someone friendly, enthusiastic, and open to a varied role.
You will ensure the flow of office procedures and support the Directors and staff by carrying out everyday office duties and supporting the team with HR, new hires, and interns.
· Essential: Fluency in English and understanding of Dutch is advantageous
· Extremely efficient and organized
· At least 3 year’s office administration experience
· Working knowledge of Exact Online
· A whiz at all Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to manage the calendars of executives who split their time between China and NL and liaise with the Office Administrator in China
· Higher Education completed
· Technologically savvy is advantageous.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· PA support to the Executive Directors – itinerary planning, hotel reservations, managing email correspondence, travel bookings, diary management, event organisation, and support
· PA support to the Operations Director- assist with travel bookings, administrative and event support, and follow-up actions
· Support the administration of the Associate membership network, including annual invoices
· Answering the telephone, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes, preparing paperwork and refreshments
· We maintain accurate office records: checking and sorting posts, photocopying, filing, and archiving paperwork.
· Answering emails in a timely and professional manner and responding to all general inquiries
· Other general administrative tasks and local travel as required
· Preparing, filing, and archiving invoices, expenses claims, receipts, and other financial documents
· Purchasing items and reconciling monthly Petty Cash
· Maintaining the office environment includes managing inventory/stock levels, placing and checking stationery orders, purchasing office items, contacting the landlord
· Orchestrate on-boarding and off-boarding process of staff
· Assist with annual teacher recruitment
· Manage the office internship program
· Support events on-site, as required
· Assist with registrations and ad hoc work as necessary
