Job Title: Care Coordinator
Annual Salary: £23809.50 depending on experience
Experience: Essential
Office Location: Leeds, LS7
Field Areas to cover: Leeds
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF A OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Assist with the day to day running of an office, meet and greet visitors, filing, attending meetings and minute taking, some auditing, ordering stationary, upkeep of existing filing systems.
  • Answering and redirecting calls as needed with completed notes onto our monitoring system.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and carers based on trust, respect and honesty.
  • Support team meetings and production of minutes
  • Support with holiday acceptance and documentation
  • Report any incidents/accidents or concerns in a timely manner through our internal recording system.
  • Complete any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as requested by the Registered Manager

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong use of the Microsoft suite
  • Knowledge of CQC and GDPR
  • Good work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to succeed/motivation
  • Computer literacy - good knowledge of office- word and excel essential, experience in use of Care planner. (training will be given)
