OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and supporting our team members. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of office admin required in healthcare field.
  • Proficient in using Universal software and phone systems.
  • EHC , WSIB and MVA billing is must
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage and coordinate procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle incoming communications through phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Patients Scheduling, Billing EHC, MVA, WSIB claims.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and support various projects.
