Resolution Staffing, working in partnership with our valued customer is currently seeking a customer service oriented, energetic and highly organized Office & Export Coordinator to join their team. This is a full time and permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reception and general office operations.
  • Prepare and track export shipment documents for global clients.
  • Maintain databases (ACT! CRM, ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Support accounting with invoicing and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously with the capacity t work independently, coupled with the ability to plan and perform work with minimal director or supervision
  • Must have excellent planning, organizational skills and be detail oriented with the ability to negotiate supplier contracts and do some event planning and following it through to completion
  • Have experience with ISO auditing or be willing to take the course to provide for ISO Internal Audits.
  • Act as a Back-up and support Inside Sales with quotes, order entry, customer inquiries and export documentation
