A great new role has arisen in our incredibility warm, friendly and supportive team!
We are looking for a professional, warm and flexible individual to support the administration aspects for the Directors and Quality team. We are a creative, friendly and high quality organisation that support individuals in their rehabilitation following an acquired brain injury.
We are open to applications from people from different backgrounds and experience. This role could be fulltime, part-time or job share

DESIRABLE QUALITIES/SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally a driver with access to vehicle
  • Social Care experience, or if not, willingness to work within the support team to develop experience/ understanding

  • Writing reports, collating data, typing minutes
  • Supporting the digitalisation of our systems
  • Processing of travel expenses
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in the administration of the auditing process
  • Organising meetings and training
  • Some basic auditing
  • General admin duties
  • Proof reading
  • Giving then a warm welcome to staff attending training and other events
  • Updating spreadsheets/ word documents
  • PA duties such as making phone calls and collecting items for the services
  • Maintaining the environment and stock replenish
  • Support in the administrative aspects of recruitment
