JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in computerised systems, strong clerical skills, and a friendly phone etiquette. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting Trustees and maintaining an efficient work environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computerised office applications including Microsoft office
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
