We are looking for an amazing experienced office all rounder to join our small team during School Hours.
Based in carrum downs, we design, and build equipment for the Blinds & Anwings industry. You will need experience in customer service, basic sales activities, accounts payable and receivable.
You will generate purchase orders for suppliers and receive bills and inventory in using Reckon Accounts. Must have experience with an accounting package.
Training can be provided. You will also be responsible for shipping spare parts to customers and following up payments.
Hours preferably Tuesday 5.5hrs and Thursdays 5.5hrs. Casual leading to permanent part time. Immediate start.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
