Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Highly motivated with excellent problem solving skill
  • Attending reception, managing incoming and outgoing mails, responding daily emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Collecting and returning Client’s paperwork
  • Assists accountants with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
  • Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, includes Account Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll, General Journals, Bank Reconciliation, etc
  • Managing filing and archiving
  • Performing daily back ups
  • Assist in Preparation of tax returns and financial statements
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness
  • Adhoc Tasks

To be shortlisted you will have the following experience and characteristics but not limited to:

  • 2+ years’ work experience in a similar role in Australia
  • Positive Attitude, proactive, team player, detail oriented, and eager to learn
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB and Xero, Microsoft Office products and excellent computer skills
  • High degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and have a “can do” attitude
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines, and adaptable to a changing environment and problem solving
  • Excellent written and spoken Business English is a pre-quisite
  • Well-presented and mannered. Trustworthy, Friendly and patience
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Lives in Perth, WA

Pay: $49,400.00 – $52,000.00 per year
