Description

ABOUT ECO-PRO

Eco-Pro Services Inc. is Alberta’s trusted fuel and equipment rental provider, delivering exceptional service and precision in every detail. From on-time fuel deliveries to reliable rental solutions, we’ve built our reputation on accuracy, accountability, and outstanding customer service.
We’re looking for an Office & Accounting Administrator to take command of all things paperwork, billing, and document control in our Edmonton branch. This is a satellite position—our Head Office manages AP, AR, and payroll—so you can focus on keeping the branch organized, efficient, and on top of every detail.

Responsibilities

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

This isn’t just about pushing paper—it’s about owning the branch’s administrative flow. You’ll be the person everyone relies on to keep operations in sync, billing accurate, and records flawless. You’ll collaborate with our Operations and Dispatch teams, make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and ensure every invoice, work order, and file is exactly where it should be.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the charge on branch billing—prepare and issue invoices for fuel deliveries and rental equipment with 100% accuracy.
  • Review delivery tickets, rental agreements, and work orders before they become invoices—catching any issues before they leave your desk.
  • Keep document control tight—organizing, tracking, and filing all branch paperwork like a pro.
  • Coordinate work orders from start to finish, making sure they’re complete, accurate, and closed on time.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Operations, Dispatch, and Sales to fix discrepancies and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Field branch-level billing and documentation questions from customers with professionalism and confidence.
  • Handle general office duties—filing, supply ordering, correspondence—keeping the branch running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Support month-end branch reporting and deliver clean, accurate data to Head Office.
