We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office & Administration Manager to join us to take responsibility for the management of our Head Office premises and all general office administration.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:-

  • Managing the day to day running of our Head Office and responsibility for all services relationships.
  • Providing executive support to the Directors when needed.
  • Organising company events throughout the year.
  • Administration support for H & S Manager.
  • Responsibility for all General Administration.

We are looking for the following experience:-

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar role .
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skill and the ability to multi-task .
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and problem solve quickly.
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).

  • Flexible and adaptable – you’re happy to wear multiple hats.
  • Detail-oriented – you keep things running smoothly without dropping the ball.
