JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join family business.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, great organisation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is ideal, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and bookkeeping is beneficial.
  • Personal assistant experience is advantageous for managing executive-level tasks efficiently.
  • If you are a proactive individual with a passion for organization, with a good sense of humor looking for a part time roll helping an overworked and manically busy company Director this job might be for you.
  • Days and hours flexible, happy to work around school runs and kids holidays. :)
