Description Customer Support Specialist Indianapolis, IN Reports to: HR and Operations Administrator Hourly Range: $18 - $22 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm Role Summary: An Office & Client Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient office operations and positive client experience. This role will primarily focus on customer service, being the key point of contact for clients, managing communication between project managers and estimators, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM records. As part of the office support, the specialist will assist internal teams with projects, to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Core Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to lead calls, voicemails, emails, and captivated messages from clients regarding services to drive sales growth.
