Office and Facilities Assistant Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Department: Facilities | Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Supporting a welcoming, well-run office environment where people can do their best work. The Role We are looking for a proactive and professional Office and Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our London office. Based at reception, this role combines front-of-house responsibilities with facilities, events, AV and general operational support. Working closely with the Receptionist and Facilities team, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming, efficient and well-organised workplace. The role also provides full operational cover for the Facilities Assistant during periods of absence.
