JOB SUMMARY

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at office, factory common areas, restrooms, pantry. Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to safety protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience required; however, prior experience in a factory or industrial setting is preferred as it enables quicker adaptation and the ability to start tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive working attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Punctual and reliable with good time management skills.
• Capable of using daily checklists to ensure all tasks are completed and cleanliness standards are met.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  Location: 10mins walk from Tai Seng MRT
  Working hours: 7.30am to 5pm/8am to 5.30pm (no overtime required)
  Workweek: 5days (Excluding Sat, Sun & PH)
  Contract-based employment (with potential conversion to permanent role)

(FACTORY AREA-INDOOR) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and sanitize floors
• Remove debris, dust, and waste
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors to maintain safety and hygiene
• Ensure all work areas meet health and safety standards
• Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

(OFFICE AREA-INDOOR) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fully handle the cleanliness including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning lobby glass doors & windows (twice per month)
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners. (twice per day)
• Maintain toilet cleanliness on all levels including refilling supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.)
• Toilet cleaning including but not limited to wipe toilet mirror, hand soap dispenser, hand dryer and vanity top.
• Clean pantry area to ensure all time cleanliness.
• Clean desk phones, wipe stairs railings and minor repair/handiwork.
• Reporting maintenance issues like leaks or broken fixtures to supervisors.Any other duties as assigned by the company.
