Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and SQL to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategies.
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, following SEO best practices.
- Optimize e-commerce product listings and improve the user experience on digital platforms.
- Collaborate on engaging email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support Google Ads campaign management to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Assist in video editing and other marketing-related tasks.
Office Support:
- Perform front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Handle document management tasks such as filing, organizing, and archiving paperwork.
- Support bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative and backend support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience managing websites using WordPress; knowledge of CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for enhancing online sales.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
- Background in digital marketing, email marketing, or relevant coursework preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
