THE ROLE
The Office & Production Manager is the operational hub of our business — overseeing the smooth running of the office while managing the end-to-end coordination of custom corporate orders and production. This role combines administration, logistics, and production oversight, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, production timelines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
You’ll manage office operations, supervise fulfillment, liaise with suppliers, track production progress, and keep multiple projects moving forward on schedule. From ordering raw materials to final product delivery, you’ll ensure that every step runs seamlessly. In this role, you’ll have the rare opportunity to work on unique, creative projects for some of North America’s most recognized brands, seeing ideas come to life from concept to completion.
