Location: Whitby
Job Type: Full-time, approx. 36 hours with open availability

The Person We Are Looking For:

  • Is upbeat and enthusiastic with a passion for health and wellness
  • Has prior office, administration or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Can manage multiple responsibilities at once while remaining calm and professional under pressure
  • Has excellent spoken and written English and has the confidence to interact with our patients
  • Has strong computer and tech skills
  • Can use software such as Atlas, Jane, Excel, and Microsoft Teams accurately and efficiently
  • Is physically able to stay active throughout the day
  • Can file, fax, scan, email, and complete digital recordkeeping
  • Schedules appointments, collects payments and answers the phone with ease
  • Is ready to jump in and learn
  • Will be able to attend seminars with the team
