POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. The Office Assistant ensures that the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked while assisting leadership and staff with a wide variety of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to handle both small and large tasks.
  • Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands (preferred).
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., boxes of supplies, deliveries).
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while organizing or running errands.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move items as needed to maintain office organization.
  • Must be able to answer the door and assist with deliveries promptly.

Responsibilities
