What You’ll Do: Greet visitors and answer calls with a friendly, professional manner, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Diligently follow company procedures for office administration, hospitality, and travel coordination. Maintain organized records, manage supplies, and keep common areas tidy and ready for use. Support teams by handling administrative tasks with accuracy and care. Coordinate facility repairs, group lunches, and travel arrangements, always adhering to established guidelines. Proactively report issues and suggest improvements to make our processes even better. Requirements Dependable, conscientious, and enjoy working within clear guidelines. Friendly, helpful attitude and enjoy supporting others. Attention to detail and take pride in accuracy. Proven Experience with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems. Experience with carrying out multiple duties with varying deadlines.
